The Gala Collection: Applejack

Another doll concept. Applejack was actually inspired by Japanese Kimonos for the silhouette. I wanted something simple, yet elegant that showed off her farmers heritage. The V-neck gown will be beaded with copper beads to mimic Apple Tree branches with red sequins to represent the apples themselves. Her wrap is made of brown Cowboy leather, beaded and embroidered with apple and Western designs. Finally her hair is done up in a bun/braid combo inspired by her Crystal Empire appearance.
